  On time with collection Couldn't find my car on return initially which was concerning. Return eventually was ok except there had been a fire near where car had been stored and it was covered in ash. No apology or effort to clean car. We had to pay an extra Ā£4 to validate ticket. This had not been mentioned in any of the emailed paperwork. Left me feeling not the best company to deal with
